Lizzard and Terror

So today was one of my best friends last day at work. She is moving on to bigger and better things and I shall miss her horribly. I call her Terror, but really, her name is Terry. She's awesome and hysterical and she and Laura an I are the freakin 3 musketeers here.

So anyhow, Laura and I decorated her desk yesterday night after our shifts were over. Needless to say, we went ALL out on her desk, and were here till about 12:45 decorating.

We also got her a cake (even though she hates cake --- it was supposed to be an ice cream cake, but the man - need i say more - that got it got a cake w/ ice cream in the middle - lol)











I will really miss her... the cool thing is that I met her sister Cindy today, and I'm going to go over to Cindy's house with Laura one of these days, because she has about 8 totes of baby clothes she doesnt want and they are giving them to me... ALLL GIRLS CLOTHES! So we're gonna go through them and I'll take what I want... I dont think I'm gonna have to do any more shopping hahaha...

Ok, well that was the extent of today, other than the work I am supposed to be doing now... I guess i should get back to the monotony...

Finally blogging again...

So I decided it's HIGH time I get back into the swing of the blogger thing.... not that i ever really got into the swing of it, but yeah.... It really is a nice way to keep in touch with everyone. Especialyl if I don't get a chance to talk to people on the phone...

I broke the news to everyone this week that I'm pregnant w/ a little girl.
Olivia is due September 18th, and as the last 21 weeks have flown by already, i have no doubt that the next 19 will go just as fast, if not even faster. I am REALLY excited, and I know that throughout this whole situation, I've made the right decision(s) and will come out on top. As i say - everything happens for a reason, even though we may never know. But God's not going to give me more than i can handle, so i am just going w/ it day by day...

Here is an ultrasound pic taken at 20weeks 4 days... It's my favorite one... :D

The doctor said she is +/- 14 ounces and around 10 inches long. I'm not showing very much yet, but I'm sure soon enough I'm going to POP! She moves around a lot and i love it.


SOOO... any who... My play is over and it went SPLENDIDLY! I had the most awesome time making these new friends and getting back into doing theater. It was wonderful and I can't wait to do it again. I do miss going to rehearsals on Sundays though.

Um... ok well I will try and make my blog interesting lol... I do alot of work and sleep, so anything that is on the verge of interesting I shall try to blog about :)

Best Friends and Burrito's!

Just thought I'd put a little randomness in here.....

I'm currently at work and the time is passing by incredibly slow. I still have an hour left and it feels like I've been here FOREVER... My best friend Becca has been keeping me company..... as usual.

I love her to death. She lives in Texas & we met online, but she's one of the most fantastic people I've met ever. So we pretty much talk all day all the time - either on the phone/txt messages or online. She's hysterical too.

I'm trying to bet all my blocking and lines for the play memorized, as I have to have them memorized by this Sunday's rehearsal. Lines... Blocking... and Music... We only rehearse on Sundays for about 5 hours, so everything moves really fast, but the cast is fantastic and everyone is more than nice - it's like a second family.... they're all nuts too :-P But it's very fun and everyone is perfect for their parts.

Ok... I'm done I guess lol... Just bored..... Ohh and hungry now for taco bell, because whatever someone is eating here smells just like a beef and potato burrito - YUMMMMM

Following Suit....

Today I decided to follow suit of the rest of the females in my family...... create a Blog. Never thought I'd have one, but hey... what the heck..... It's a great way to keep up with everyone despite their crazy schedules.

I have been nothing but busy... ask mom and she hardly ever sees me.... I'm at IBM 5 days a week... and at Linens N Things the other 2 days a week... Monday - Thursday I go to IBM from 2pm-10:30pm... Friday & Saturday I am at LNT either opening or closing, depending on the schedule... Sundays right now are the busiest day for me. I go to IBM @ 8am for 4 hours - at 12pm I leave and go to my Play rehearsal for Man of La Mancha from 1-6pm - then I come back to work at IBM until 10:30pm.

I auditioned for Man of La Mancha in December and got the part of Maria the Innkeeper's wife. I get to sing the Opening song of the play - it's my SOLO!!!!! - I am sooo excited. I didn't care if I had any speaking lines at all if I got that solo. However, I do have lines as well. And my character is kind of an overbearing naggy wife with a bad mood all the time. lol it's awesome. The play is going to be the last 2 weekends in April and the first weekend in May.

In my um.... "spare" time I try and crochet (mostly when I'm at work) or draw. I also am trying to look into doing more things with my camera and I plan on doing an at home program to get my Interior Design certificate! :)
